No, all custom orders can not be returned, exchanged or changed. All sales are final!
If you are unsure about your selection, please email scoop@papertwist.com. We can proof several of our products but it adds $25 per proof and adds up to a week to the total order time.

We enjoy working with brides and their families. Once you have selected a wedding date, please complete our questionnaire and we can discuss your special day. To help you with planning, Save the Dates are usually sent six to eight months in advance and wedding invitations are sent eight to ten weeks before the wedding date. Design and planning take time. We suggest starting the process three months before the first mail date.

- We can coordinate meetings in person, by phone or FaceTime/zoom.
- We request appointments for all wedding orders including rehearsal dinners and day of accessories. We will gather some information about your event prior to our meeting, so we can curate a selection of designs for you to review and begin the conversation about your special event.
- If you would like to design custom stationery, an appointment is not necessary.

Please factor in approximately five to six weeks for design and production depending on your printing process. You should mail a general party invitation three weeks before the party. Wedding invitations should be mailed eight to ten weeks before the wedding date.
