Can I return or change personalized orders?

No, all custom orders can not be returned, exchanged or changed. All sales are final!

I want to order personalized gifts on your website but I'm not sure about my selection. Can I see a proof?

If you are unsure about your selection, please email scoop@papertwist.com. We can proof several of our products but it adds $25 per proof and adds up to a week to the total order time. 

I WANT TO ORDER CUSTOM STATIONERY BUT DO NOT SEE THE RIGHT OPTION ONLINE. CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Of course! We love designing custom orders. Please email proofs@shoppapertwist.com to get started with your order. 

WEDDING QUESTIONS: I JUST GOT ENGAGED? WHAT DO I DO FIRST?

We enjoy working with brides and their families. Once you have selected a wedding date, please complete our questionnaire and we can discuss your special day. To help you with planning, Save the Dates are usually sent six to eight months in advance and wedding invitations are sent eight to ten weeks before the wedding date. Design and planning take time. We suggest starting the process three months before the first mail date.

HOW DO I START A CUSTOM INVITATION ORDER?

Please follow the link to our questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire and select a time for a phone call to begin the design process. If you do not see a time that works for you, email

proofs@shopppertwist.com and we will find a time that is works to start your design process.

DO I NEED TO MEET WITH YOU IN PERSON ABOUT AN INVITATION ORDER?

- We can coordinate meetings in person, by phone or FaceTime/zoom. 

- We request appointments for all wedding orders including rehearsal dinners and day of accessories. We will gather some information about your event prior to our meeting, so we can curate a selection of designs for you to review and begin the conversation about your special event. 

- If you would like to design custom stationery, an appointment is not necessary.

WHEN DO I ORDER MY INVITATION?

Please factor in approximately five to six weeks for design and production depending on your printing process. You should mail a general party invitation three weeks before the party. Wedding invitations should be mailed eight  to ten weeks before the wedding date.

Event Accessories: WHEN SHOULD I ORDER CUPS & NAPKINS?

Please allow two weeks (14 business days) for production. In a time crunch? Rush orders are available. Please email scoop@papertwist.com about expedited options.
