At Paper Twist, our ideal design coordinator candidate shares a love of stationery and attention to detail. Our Retail Sales and Design staff create a first-rate client experiences through superior sales and service. Our team makes connections with our customers that ensure repeat visits and a trust for future orders. This role is best suited for someone with a passion for paper, stationery and creative gifting. An energetic personality and excellent customer service skills are key traits of this position. This role acts as a “traffic director” for our design department. In this role, this staff member helps connect the dots between our customers, paper twist and our vendors.
We are looking for a motivated, organized & creative individual for a Design Coordinator role. The ideal candidate should have a focus on customer service in order to deliver customers a shopping experience that meets our high standards. The candidate must also have the flexibility and team-first attitude to handle responsibilities in other areas of the business such as marketing and order fulfillment. Weekend availability required. SEASONAL SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE (October - December)
Our Seasonal Sales Team will be with us for the most wonderful time of the year. As we work with customers on custom gifts, holiday cards, stationery and wrapping gifts, we add to our staff to create a great environment for our customers and fellow teammates. This role is part-time and seasonal. We will hire these staff members in September for the holidays. (College and high school students are welcome to apply.)
