SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Paper Twist is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager with a minimum of five years retail experience to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are experienced in retail and love selling, merchandising and can bring custom projects to completion. This role is well-suited for a self-motivated, product driven, professional who excels in sales and store operations. We are an owner operated business and pride ourselves on phenomenal customer service and an energetic, happy work environment. This position is based at paper twist (2902 selwyn avenue) and is an in-person, customer facing position.
DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER
The Design Project Manager responsibilities include creating custom design for stationery and invitations, conducting customer consultations, working with our vendors to provide press-ready artwork and understanding all elements of print production. We are seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. This position will be responsible for managing custom orders and ensuring projects are on time and on budget. A minimum of two years of professional experience required. Adobe Creative Suite and Mac Computer expertise a must. This position is based at paper twist (2902 selwyn avenue) and is an in-person, customer facing position.
DESIGN PROJECT ASSISTANT
We are looking for a motivated, organized & creative individual for a Design Assistant role. An energetic personality and excellent customer service skills are key traits of this position. This position will provide administrative support to our design department. In this role, this staff member helps connect the dots between our customers, paper twist and our vendors. This is a great role to start your design and project management career. You'll get exposed to client communication and proofing custom design orders and support vendor management communication. This position is based at paper twist (2902 selwyn avenue) and is an in-person, customer facing position. Key skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Our Sales Team is the face of paper twist and makes our shop such an inviting and fun shopping experience. This team works with our customers to create custom gifts, personal stationery and wrapping gifts. We are looking for a new team member to work 10-15 hours a week including Saturday shifts. Retail experience preferred. College and high school students are welcome to apply.
DESIGN & E-COMMERCE INTERN
We are accepting applications for an E-commerce intern to support our design department two to three days per week (hours to be determined). The ideal candidate will be s student and have prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite, strong verbal and written communications skills with an eye for the paper twist aesthetic.
