ORDER CONFIRMATION
Thank you for shopping at Paper Twist. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your email confirmation. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately to remedy the situation. Please note that Personalized orders are non-refundable and personalization can not be changed once the order is placed. Should you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of order and we will see if products have gone into production. No guarantees of change orders can be made. Thank you!
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. Our shipping carrier is USPS. When receiving your order confirmation, please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Once items are shipped, standard shipping in the continental US takes 2-5 business days in transit. Expedited shipping is available but will be determined on a case by case basis due to your product selection. If you need expedited shipping, please call the store (704.366.3100) and we'll see what we can do.
Orders that have incorrect addresses or are deemed “undeliverable” will not be re-routed until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs. Orders will ship in 1 to 3 days (Monday-Friday) depending on your selected products.

United States:
$0-$18.99 before taxes, shipping is $9.00
$19-$74.99 before taxes, shipping is $15.00
$75-$124.99 before taxes, shipping is $18.00
$125-$249.99 before taxes, shipping is $24.00
$250+ before taxes, shipping is free.
International Shipping is available through USPS Global and packages can take anywhere from 8-30 business days depending on location. These parcels can not always be tracked. International shipping can be expensive and should you want to inquire in advance please email scoop@shoppapertwist.com.
Missing Packages: We ship via USPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. We can require a signature for receipt of package, if you would like this please ensure that you email scoop@shoppapertwist.com
EXCHANGE, RETURNS & DAMAGES
Personalized or Custom Orders can not be returned. We accept merchandise returns for stock product of website orders within 14 days of delivery date. If the item is in good condition, unused and in the original packaging, a refund can be requested to your original credit card used to purchase the items. Should you need to return an item, please email scoop@papertwist.com to start the return and/or exchange process.
Please note you are responsible for the packaging, shipping and insuring of the package. Returning an item is at your own risk. Paper Twist is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges: monogrammed & personalized items, gift cards, final sale items and products damaged through normal wear and tear.
For items that have been damaged in transit please email scoop@papertwist.com and include a description and photographs of the damaged item and shipping box. After receiving your email, we will notify you of the next steps to remedy your order. Emails for damages MUST be received within 14 days of delivery date. Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Custom or personalized orders can not be cancelled. If you have ordered a stock product that is not being personalized, notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and shipped. Stock orders are usually shipped 1 to 3 days (Monday - Friday) after order has been placed. If we are unable to cancel your order, it will be subject to our return policy. (see above)
